Joyce and Pietersen saw England home.
England (178/3) beat Kenya (177 all out) by seven wickets with ten overs remaining.

England 87/2 (RR: 5.80): Joyce 44* (49), Pietersen 18* (22)
England need 91 runs to win from 28 overs at 3.25 runs per over.
Over 14: Pietersen gets away with one from Varaiya's first ball. A cracking ball that turns away is edged but Ouma can't take it. Next ball he plays another loose shot, uppishly into the covers, but it falls safe and they take two. Third ball he gets it right and nails one along the ground for four. He then drops to one knee and laps round the corner for a single. A lucrative but risk-filled over for England and Kevin Pietersen.

England need 95 runs to win from 29 overs at 3.28 runs per over.

Over 13: After getting a leading edge to Suji's first ball, Pietersen nicely guides the next ball down to third man for a single. Joyce gets an inside edge on a cut which went close to the stumps, but it mattered not as it was a no-ball.

England need 102 runs to win from 30 overs at 3.40 runs per over.

I Bell c sub Bhudia b Odoyo 16 (18)
Joyce takes a skip down the pitch and misses one past his legs. It's called a wide, which is harsh considering it only just went over leg stump. Joyce then goes for a pull but gets a big inside edge and it goes past leg stump and down to the boundary. More good running from Bell and Joyce gets a single into the off-side, then Bell plays a careless forward push that floats gently straight to mid off.
Over 8: Joycetakes a single into the leg side, then Bell goes for a very quick single, and a direct hit forces the third umpire into action. Bell dived and was just in his ground, although it was very close. Joyce then gets successive boundaries with classic back-foot strokes - one cut, one pull. He then takes a single off the last ball to cap an excellent over for England.
England 46/1 (RR: 5.75): Joyce 25* (28), Bell 16* (17),
England need 132 runs to win from 35 overs at 3.77 runs per over.
Over 7: Joyce takes a quick single first up. Odoyo slides one slightly down leg, but it just brushed Bell's pad on the way to Ouma. Bell then clips a no-ball down to fine leg for a couple, and Odoyo gets one to swing a little too much and an off side wide is called.
England 35/1 (RR: 5.00): Joyce 15* (23), Bell 15* (16),
England need 143 runs to win from 36 overs at 3.97 runs per over.
Over 6: Bell plays a rather lazy cut shot that carries to Obuyo at point, but he lets it through his hands, and through to the boundary. Bell then late cuts another single, then Joyce takes a couple of steps down and just blocks down the ground for three.
England 30/1 (RR: 5.00): Joyce 14* (22), Bell 13* (10),
England need 148 runs to win from 37 overs at 4.00 runs per over.
Over 5: Joyce tucks into the legside for a quick single, then Bell late cuts to third man for another.
England 22/1 (RR: 4.40): Joyce 11* (19), Bell 8* (6),
England need 156 runs to win from 38 overs at 4.11 runs per over.
Over 4: Bell gets off the mark with a nice clip through wide mid-on, and they take three after a good stop on the boundary. Joyce then guides a single down to third man, and Bell is beaten outside off next ball. No such problems next ball though, as he takes a couple of steps down the track and pushes one nicely back past the bowler for four.
England 20/1 (RR: 5.00): Joyce 10* (16), Bell 7* (4),
England need 158 runs to win from 39 overs at 4.05 runs per over.
Ian Bell is the new batsman.
M Vaughan c C Obuya b Ongondo 1 (4)
Ongondo gets one to lift on Vaughan outside off, and the England captain can only gently guide it to Obuya at point, who does the honours diving to his left.
Over 3: Vaughan gets off the mark with a slightly loose cut that flies throught the vacant gully region for a single to third man. Joyce gets another boundary with a wonderfully timed clip off his legs down to the square leg ropes. Odoyo comes back with a peach of a yorker that swings past Joyce's inside edge. Ouma can't take it cleanly and they run two byes.
England 12/0 (RR: 2.50): Joyce 9* (15), Vaughan 1* (3),
England need 170 runs to win from 40 overs at 4.25 runs per over.
Over 2: Ongondo gets one to lift outside off that surprises both Joyce and keeper Ouma. Joyce then gently pushes one through the covers for the first four for the innings.
England 5/0 (RR: 2.50): Joyce 5* (11), Vaughan 0* (1),
England need 173 runs to win from 41 overs at 4.22 runs per over.
Peter Ongondo will share the new ball.
Over 1: Joyce blocks the first three, then is beaten outside off with one that moved away fractionally. He then gets off the mark with a tucked single off his hips.
England 1/0 (RR: 1.00): Joyce 1* (5), Vaughan 0* (1),
England need 177 runs to win from 42 overs at 4.21 runs per over.
Thomas Odoyo will open the bowling for Kenya.
The players are back out for England's reply, MichaelVaughan and Ed Joyce will open the batting.
Kenya 177 all out (43 overs)
England need 178 runs to win from 43 overs at 4.14 runs per over.
England should knock off these runs with fairly little bother here after a decent bowling performance. For Kenya, only Steve Tikolo made any sort of inroads with his 76. The fact that extras was the next highest score shows their lack of strength.

L Onyango run out (Nixon) 10 (18)
Flintoff is in for the last over, and Varaiya drops into the off side and Flintoff almost runs him out with some neat footwork. They take one, then another with a carve down to third man. Varaiya then drives into the deep covers and they take two, before they look for a single from the final ball, but Nixon throws down the stumps having stopped down the leg side.
Over 42: Two singles are taken from the remainder of Mahmood's over.
Kenya 173/9 (RR: 4.12): Onyango 9* (17), Varaiya 1* (2)
Hiren Varaiya is the new batsman.
WICKET!P Ongondo run out (Vaughan) 3 (3)
Ongando heaves one over wide mid-on, which Collingwood somehow stops with some nifty footwork on the boundary. Onyango then dabs to Vaughan at point, and they take a suicidal single. Vaughan takes his time, and underarms into the stumps for a simple run out.
Over 41: Flintoff almost gets through Ongondo first up, but the batsman just gets an inside edge onto his toes and they take a single. The next two are classic yorkers, before getting an outside edge that Nixon very nearly takes diving to his right, and they run a couple.
Kenya 168/8 (RR: 4.10): Onyango 8* (15), Ongondo 1* (1)
Peter Ongondo is the new batsman.
WICKET!
S Tikolo b Flintoff 76 (97)
Onyango takes a single down to long-off, then Flintoff bowls the perfect inswinging yorker to crunch into Tikolo's off stump. Cracking innings from the Kenyan skipper - his team would have been bang in trouble if it wasn't for him.
Andrew Flintoff is back into the attack.
Over 40: Mahmood opens with a bouncer that is called a wide, then Onyango guides a single down to third man. Tikolo flicks to deep mid-wicket for a single, then Mahmood chucks in a nice slower ball. Onyango gets another slower one away for a single to third man, then Tikolo pushes to Vaughan at point who totally misses it, and they take two.
Kenya 164/7 (RR: 4.10): Tikolo 76* (96), Onyango 5* (11)
Saj Mahmood is back into the attack.
Over 39: Tikolo mis-times a drive and nearly loops a return catch to Anderson, then plays a curious shot that started as a paddle sweep, but ended up a push into the covers for one. Onyango takes a single to long-off, then Tikolo plays a nice improvised paddle to square leg for one. Onyango gets a single from the last ball.
Kenya 158/7 (RR: 4.05): Tikolo 73* (94), Onyango 3* (7)
Jimmy Anderson is back into the attack.
Over 38: Tikolo takes a quick single, but that would have been out if Vaughan's throw was on target. Onyango pushes into the covers for a single, then Tikolo misses with a lusty swipe outside off. He makes contact with another big blow next up, but only just, and it trickles to deep mid-wicket for a single.
Kenya 154/7 (RR: 4.08): Tikolo 71* (90), Onyango 1* (5)
Over 37: Little comes from the remaining two balls in the over, and England should really go for the kill and try to wrap the tail up sharpish.
Kenya 151/7 (RR: 4.08): Tikolo 69* (87), Onyango 0* (2)
Lameck Onyango is the new batsman.
WICKET!
J Kamande b Collingwood 17 (28)
Tikolo wristily flicks to deep square leg for two, then nearly gets into a terriblemess after changing his mind midway through a paddle sweep. Tikolo takes a single down to long-off, then Collingwood bowls Kamande with a textbook off-cutting slower ball.
Over 36: Kamande takes a single then Tikolo laps a sweep round the corner for another couple. Tikolo takes a single to the deep on the off side.

Over 35: Tikolo works a slower ball from Collingwood into the leg side for a single. Kamande misses a big heave outside off, then glances one off his pads that trickles to the boundary at fine leg. He then has another big heave, but mis-times and they take a single to mid-on.
Kenya 144/6 (RR: 4.11): Tikolo 63* (80), Kamande 16* (25)
Paul Collingwood is back into the attack.
Over 34: Kamande drops and sweeps very, very fine down the leg side for four, then repeats the shot and gets more on it this time, but only gets two for his trouble. Kamande thinks about a big one from the last ball of the over from Panesar, but thinks again and just pushes back down the pitch.
Kenya 138/6 (RR: 4.06): Tikolo 62* (78), Kamande 11* (21)
Over 33: Big mix up all round. Poor calling leaves Kamande struggling, but Bell for some reason can't decide which end to throw to, and when he does Anderson drops the ball at the bowler's end with Kamande short of his ground. Next ball Tikolo sends Kamande back, and if Vaughan's throw was on target then it would have been out. Anderson then bowls a wild, wide full toss down the leg side that Nixon does well to stop.
Kenya 132/6 (RR: 4.00): Tikolo 62* (78), Kamande 5* (15)
Over 32: Panesar keeps it tight first two balls, but drops one slightly too short and Tikolo rocks back and cuts past Vaughan at point for four. Tikolo drives through the covers for a single, then Kamande sweeps for a single of his own.
Kenya 130/6 (RR: 4.06): Tikolo 62* (75), Kamande 4* (12)
Over 31: Tikolo cuts a short wide one from Anderson first up to third man for a single, then Kamande gets yet another inside edge for a single. Tikolo drives nicely to the deep for a couple, then gets a leg-bye to square leg to close the over.
Kenya 124/6 (RR: 4.00): Tikolo 57* (70), Kamande 3* (11)
Jimmy Anderson is back into the attack.
Over 30: Kamande gets off strike first up into the leg side. After a couple of goes Tikolo gets a single down to long-off, and that's another economical over from Panesar.
Kenya 119/6 (RR: 3.97): Tikolo 53* (65), Kamande 2* (10)
Over 29: Tikolo does well to run a couple to deep point, then spoons one up to Joyce at mid-on, who drops it running forward and they take a single. Kamande looks in some bother to Flintoff, and inside edges to mid-wicket for a single.
Kenya 117/6 (RR: 4.03): Tikolo 52* (61), Kamande 1* (8)
Steve Tikolo: 50* (56), 7x4.

Kenya 113/6 (RR: 4.15): Tikolo 50* (58), Kamande 0* (5)
Over 27: Flintoff has a big lbw shout first up to Kamande. Umpire Parker says no, but that looked plum.
Kenya 112/6 (RR: 4.15): Tikolo 50* (56), Kamande 0* (1)
Jimmy Kamande is the new batsman.

T Odoyo lbw b Flintoff 4 (11)
Tikolo takes a single, then Flintoff thuds the next ball into Odoyo's pads, but it was going down leg. Odoyo then gets a big inside edge that just misses the stumps and to deep square for a single. Tikolo takes another single down to deep mid-off, then Flintoff traps Odoyo right in front forEngland's sixth wicket.
Over 26: Odoyo takes a single through the covers first up, then Tikolo whips another through mid-wicket. Odoyo gets a leading edge that loops back towards Panesar who very nearly takes a sharp caught and bowled chance.
Kenya 109/5 (RR: 4.19): Tikolo 46* (54), Odoyo 3* (8)
Drinks are taken, and England are in control. Only Steve Tikolo has looked convincing for the Kenyans, so if England can dismiss him for not too many more, then a simple victory will be there for the taking.
Over 25: The batsmen trade singles from Flintoff's first couple, then Odoyo gets over a short one and pulls down to fine leg for a single. Flintoff bowls down the leg side for another wide.
Kenya 107/5 (RR: 4.28): Tikolo 46* (52), Odoyo 2* (4)

C Obuya run out (Bopara) 10 (13)
Tikolo plays the first two to point for no run, then tries a paddle round the corner. The ball comes off the pad and goes to Bopara at short third man, but Obuya is already halfway down the pitch before he realises Tikolo isn't running, and Bopara throws to Panesar at the bowlers end who does the honours.
Monty Panesar is into the attack in place of Mahmood.
Over 23: Obuya very nearly chops on to his stumps from Collingwood, but then plays a lovely straight drive to the ropes for four. Collingwood comes back with a nice slower ball, before sending one down the leg side and a wide is called. Obuya finishes the over with a nice lofted shot over a wide mid-on for another boundary.
Kenya 99/4 (RR: 4.30): Tikolo 41* (44), Obuya 10* (13)
Over 22: Tikolo late cuts to Collingwood at point, who makes an excellent stop to save runs and almost create a mix-up with the batsmen. Tikolo then edges one that would have gone straight to first slip. Unfortunately for England there wasn't one, and it goes to the ropes. Mahmood gets a slower ball wrong, which Tikolo helps round the corner for a couple.
Kenya 90/4 (RR: 4.09): Tikolo 41* (44), Obuya 2* (7)
Over 21: Tikolo hammers one straight back towards Collingwood, who gets a finger to it but can't prevent the four. Tikolo cuts late for a single to third man, then Obuya gets a big leading edge that loops safely between bowler and mid-on and they take a single. Tikolo drives for another one to end the over.
Kenya 84/4 (RR: 3.85): Tikolo 35* (38), Obuya 2* (7)
Over 20: Tikolo pulls nicely round the corner to fine leg for a single. Obuya tries a run off the face that he edges through to Nixon, but it went to ground before it reached the England keeper. Obuya then does well to dig out a Mahmood yorker, and gets a single into the bargain. Tikolo - who has looked the class above his team mates that he is - turns a single to deep square leg, and Mahmood finishes up with a slower ball.
Kenya 77/4 (RR: 3.85): Tikolo 29* (34), Obuya 1* (5)
Over 19: Obuya watches the remaining ball of the over go past, and another successful over ends for England.
Kenya 74/4 (RR: 3.89): Tikolo 27* (32), Obuya 0* (1)
Collins Obuya is the new batsman.

T Mishra b Collingwood 0 (3)
Collingwood goes up for an lbw appeal, but there was a big inside edge on that one from Tikolo. Tikolo cuts through the covers for a single, then Mishra tries to cut one that was both too full and not wide enough, and chops right on to his stumps.
Over 18: Mahmood welcomes Mishra to thecrease with one that whistles past his nose, but he gets behind the last of a successful over for England.
Kenya 73/3 (RR: 4.06): Tikolo 26* (28), Mishra 0* (2)
Tanmay Mishra is the new batsmen.

A Suji c Vaughan b Mahmood 14 (29)
Mahmood starts with two slower balls, the second of which Tikolo drives just over mid-off for four. He then takes a single from a quick rising one at his body. Suji then plays the laziest of shots straight to Vaughan at short cover for Mahmood's first World Cup wicket.
Over 17: Suji gets another single with an inside edge to square leg, then Nixon optimistically claims a caught behind, but it looked like pad rather than bat. Tikolo takes a single from a slower ball off his legs, then Suji takes a quick single to Panesar at a deep mid-off. Tikolo dabs a single through gully from the last ball.
Kenya 68/2 (RR: 4.00): Suji 14* (28), Tikolo 21* (25)
Over 16: Mahmood opens his next over with a cracking bouncer that Tikolo has an unwise waft at, and was probably lucky he missed. Mahmood follows up with a couple of slower balls, the second of which Tikolo drives at and edges down to third man for a single. Suji whips a single down to fine leg from around off-stump, and Tikolo blocks the last ball.
Kenya 64/2 (RR: 4.00): Suji 12* (26), Tikolo 19* (21)
England take the third powerplay, which today is just two overs because of the truncated game.
Over 15: Tikolo rocks back and late cuts nicely past point for a couple, blocks a couple then takes a rapid single to a short fine-leg. Collingwood then almost gets through Suji, catching an inside edge that just misses the stumps.
Kenya 62/2 (RR: 4.21): Suji 11* (24), Tikolo 18* (17)
Paul Collingwood is into the attack in place of Bopara.
Over 14: Tikolo tucks an easy single down to fine leg, then Mahmood oversteps again next up. Suji slashes away from his body to a short one, and gets a thick edge down to the ropes for four. Mahmood utterly baffles Suji with a looping slower ball, who was very lucky that it wasn't on target. Big leg before shout from the last ball, but Koertzen has little to do with it.
Kenya 59/2 (RR: 4.21): Suji 11* (23), Tikolo 15* (12)
Saj Mahmood is back into the attack.
Drinks are taken, with both sides likely to be reasonably satisfied. Kenya are ticking along at just more than four an over, while England have taken the early wickets they wanted.
Over 13: Bopara starts off with a marginal off-side wide, then is back on target with a decent lbw shout, which was probably just too high. Tikolo then creams a Bopara no-ball straight back down the ground for a boundary. Tikolo takes a single down to deep square leg, then Suji gets nothing from a cut followed by a drive into the covers.
Kenya 53/2 (RR: 4.13): Suji 7* (18), Tikolo 14* (10)
Ravi Bopara is into the attack in place of Jimmy Anderson, who looked like he might have a problem at the end of his last over.
Over 12: Suji drives nicely but just gets the one to cover. Tikolo takes another single to mid-on, then Flintoff bowls yet another no-ball. The rest of the over passes with little incident.
Kenya 46/2 (RR: 3.91): Suji 7* (15), Tikolo 9* (6)
Over 11: Anderson is on the mark straight away to Tikolo, but the Kenyan captain flashes his third ball through the covers for a boundary, then slashes through a third slip region for another four next up.
Kenya 43/2 (RR: 3.91): Suji 6* (9), Tikolo 8* (5)
Steve Tikolo is the newbatsman.
WICKET!
M Ouma c Collingwood b Anderson 13 (45)
Ouma tries an ambitious loft over mid-on off the back foot, but gets nowhere near enough on it and Collingwood pouches a straight forward chance.
England will take the second powerplay straight away.
Over 10: Ouma plays off the back foot to a deepish mid-on and they scamper a single. Suji then does well to get over a rising one and take another single through gully. Ouma repeats his back foot push to mid-one for another single, then Suji edges just past Ed Joyce at slip and it runs down to the boundary.
Kenya 35/1 (RR: 3.50): Ouma 13* (44), Suji 6* (9)
Over 9: Suji takes a quick single off his hips to get off the mark, then Ouma almost plays on with an inside edge going for a big cut. Ouma takes a leg-bye off his hips from the last ball.
Kenya 28/1 (RR: 3.11): Ouma 11* (40), Suji 1* (7)
Over 8: Flintoff gets one to nip back and it flies just over the stumps. Ouma blocks the next few, before wafting at one outside off and very nearly nicking it. Ouma then drives straight back down the pitch, but Flintoff gets a hand to and they take a couple.
Kenya 26/1 (RR: 3.25): Ouma 11* (36), Suji 0* (5)
Over 7: Anderson gets yet another to swing a mile and beat the edge, then serves up his first really poor ball, which deflects off Ouma's hip for four leg-byes past the despairing dive of Paul Nixon. Next ball isn't much better, and Ouma clips it off his toes for a boundary to deep backward square. Ouma guides down to third man for a single, and that was a good over for Kenya.
Kenya 24/1 (RR: 3.43): Ouma 9* (30), Suji 0* (5)
Over 6: Flintoff's first is legside, and Ouma takes a leg-bye. The next is a repeat, but this time a no-ball is called as well. Flintoff goes half-heartedly up for lbw next up, but that was very hopeful. He then beats the edge with a corker, but again he overstepped - extras are comfortably top-scorer thus far. Ouma guides down to third man for a rare run off the bat, and Suji watches the remaining two very carefully.
Kenya 15/1 (RR: 2.50): Ouma 4* (25), Suji 0* (4)
Andrew Flintoff is into the attack for England. Surely the big man will be out to prove himself.
Over 5: Suji blocks the only remaining ball of an excellent over from Anderson.
Kenya 10/1 (RR: 2.00): Ouma 3* (20), Suji 0* (1)
Tony Suji is the new batsman.
WICKET!
R Shah b Anderson 4 (11)
Anderson beats the edge yet again with the first of the fifth over, Ouma again the un/lucky batsman. Anderson gets one to hoop in and Ouma takes a single, then Shah gets one that keeps very low and knocks back his off-stump. Cracking start for England, and Anderson has bowled superbly.
Over 4: Mahmood tries a bouncer but gets it wrong, and it goes down leg for a wide. Shah carves down to third man for a single, then Ouma takes another single off a no-ball from Mahmood. England go up an implore umpire Koertzen to give a lbw against Shah, but no dice from the South African. Shah cuts a short one through point for a couple, and tries the same from the final two balls but with no success.
Kenya 9/0 (RR: 2.25): Ouma 2* (16), Shah 4* (10)
Over 3: Anderson gets some shape away first up, then third ball is a beaut - pitched up, drawing Shah into the drive but big late swing takes it past the outside edge. Shah takes a single off his hips, before Anderson beats Ouma's edge with another away swinger.
Kenya 3/0 (RR: 1.00): Ouma 1* (15), Shah 1* (4)
Over 2: Mahmood starts right on target just outside off, then bowls a no-ball second ball. Ouma tries plays at the rest of the over, without ever getting the ball off the square, and that's a decent start to Mahmood's World Cup.
Kenya 2/0 (RR: 1.00): Ouma 1* (13), Shah 0* (0)
Saj Mahmood will share the new ball for England.
Over 1: Anderson starts with an absolute ripper to Ouma, squaring the Kenyan opener up with one that moved away from an off-stump line. Ouma blocks or leaves the next four, but doesn't look at all comfortable. Ouma nudges the last ball down to fine-leg for a single from the last ball of a good first over from Anderson.
Kenya 1/0 (RR: 1.00): Ouma 1* (6), Shah 0* (0)
Jimmy Anderson will open the bowling for England.
Maurice Ouma and Ravi Shah will open the batting for Kenya.
The teams are out in St Lucia. Remember this will be a 43 over per side match, with a shortened lunch break of 20 minutes.
Full teams:
England: Vaughan (c), Joyce, Bell, Pietersen, Collingwood, Flintoff, Bopara, Nixon, Mahmood, Anderson, Panesar.
Kenya: Ouma, Shah, Tikolo (c), Mishra, Obuya, C Odoyo, Suji, Kamande, Onyango, Ongondo, Varaiya.
The captains are out on the field for the toss, which Kenya captain Steve Tikolo has won, and opted to bat first. Perhaps a little surprising given the overnight rain. Kenya also make one change to the side that lost to New Zealand last time out, with veteran seamer Tony Suji
replacing David Obuya.
Team news is in from England. Andrew Flintoff is back in as expected, but replaces Jamie Dalrymple with Ravi Bopara - impressive against Canada - keeping his place. One other change is Sajid Mahmood coming in for Liam Plunkett, who has looked threatening at times but inconsistent.
Change of plan in St Lucia. There will be an inspection at 1445 GMT, with a view to play in a 43 overs per side match starting at 1530 GMT.
It seems the 1415 GMT estimate was a touch optimistic. Latest news from St Lucia is for a 1100 local time start, which is 1500 GMT.
The England camp reckon that the game will be reduced to 45 overs a side, which if it's true would probably mean a 1415 GMT start. Don't take that as gospel though.
Apparently the 'main super-sopper' has broken at the Beausejour Stadium, so the ground staff are having to mop up the standing water by hand. Only the finest technology for the ICC.
Good afternoon. The first thing to say is that it has been raining rather heavily in St Lucia, so there is no chance for an on-schedule start in this crucial Group C clash. It appears to have stopped at the moment, but there is obviously a fair amount of standing water that needs shifting before play can get underway.
